- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at a mistakenly displayed price, with a full refund.
- Inventory is sold on a first-paid basis. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders that appear to be for resale, and cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect shipping information, or repeated returns without a legitimate reason.

- Payment is charged at the time of order placement.
- You may cancel an order for free before we mark it as dispatched. Once dispatched, the order is subject to the return terms in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
- Custom-tailored orders (any dress altered to your measurements) cannot be cancelled once production begins, which is typically 12 hours after order confirmation.
